Internationally designed, the dining room features a stunning 2500 pieces of crystal chandelier with high ceilings, soft wood finishing’s and panoramic views of the lush parkland. We utilize only the best available produce, our ingredients are sourced and handpicked from local markets through to being flown in from places like Australia, Japan and the U.S. Our menus change seasonally, favorites may include Japanese Kobe Wine Beef Striploin, Pan Seared Foie Gras & U.S. Scallops or The Yangon’s Mushroom served with Morello Cherry, Raspberry Truffle and Chocolate Crumbles.
